Todd Realty Group Marketing Plan

Week One:

  • Measurements / square footage determined
  • Professional quality digital photos taken
  • Photos loaded onto the MLS and all other internet sites
  • Home prepared for showings
  • High-quality, visible sign installed in yard with brochure holder
  • Full-color, glossy brochures produced and installed
  • Listing packets in home (Square Footage Disclosure, Lead-Based Paint Disclosure)
  • Lock box installed on or near front door
  • Phone numbers and contact information provided to office so that showings can be set properly
  • Listing submitted to the MLS
  • Home listed on 3 additional websites: REColorado.com, Realtor.com, and ToddRealtyGroup.com
  • List of “prospects”, obtained from MLS, contacted and informed of your listing

Week Two:

  • Hold Open House on Saturday, 11:00 to 3:00, advertised in paper
  • Order Buyer’s Guide full color ad, distributed in the Sunday Denver Post
  • Assess initial showings compared to market statistics

Weekly:

  • Provide Marketing Reports with types and number of showings, comments and feedback from other agents and potential buyers
  • Review Marketing Plan, review activity with homeowners, discuss price, possible future changes in price or alterations of property
  • Advertise Open Houses as necessary
