Many people start their home search online. Ask Todd Realty Group to set up a customized search for you. You will be emailed as soon as a home meeting your criteria is listed on the MLS. Todd Realty Group is available to show homes to you in-person whenever your schedule permits. Online photos are a good preview, but nothing substitutes for looking in-person so that you’re able to see layout, finishes and yard space.
Negotiating an offer
Todd Realty Group will pull sold comparables for you so that we can create an educated gameplan. As an experienced attorney, Lisa will expertly negotiate an offer on your behalf.
Inspection and appraisal
Todd Realty Group will guide you through the home-buying process. Two of the bigger hurdles are inspection and appraisal. Todd Realty Group will attend inspection with you, along with a third-party inspector.
Closing
The final step. Todd Realty Group will guide you through the closing process, explain paperwork to you, and attend closing with you.
